After we talked about the different tips that can help you collect and manage Google Forms responses, today's post features another equally important Google Forms resource which is Forms premade templates.   Pre-designed templates are ready-made forms you can appropriate for a wide variety of purposes. You do not have to spend tremendous amount of time working on a form template that is already created and provided for free. You can search the template gallery, pick the form you like and customize it the way you want.  Below are some examples of templates you may want to consider when creating: an event feedback, assessment, worksheet, course evaluation, or exit ticket.  To access and use any of these templates, head over to Template gallery, click to expand the gallery and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Barring Event Feedback, all of these templates are nested under the label Education. 1- Exit Ticket Template This is a handy Google Forms template to use to create exit tickets. This template includes three main questions that gauge students interaction with the taught material. More specifically, students are asked to provide answers to the one important thing they learned in class today, whether they felt prepared for the lesson (why or why not), and suggestions to help make the lesson more effective.  2- Event Feedback Template As its name indicates, this is a template you can use to collect feedback following an event you organized in your class or school. Use Google Forms editor to customize this event feedback template to your liking. 3- Assessment Template This is a pretty basic template that you can use to create different forms of assessments and quizzes.
